An online collaborative project for children of the world to discuss issues and raise awareness of the plight of the great apes through online activities, research projects, action projects and creative exchanges of art and other materials between participating schools. Student work will be published on the project web site and published in hard copy. All participants will contribute to an electronic montage, a copy of which will be displayed in all participating countries as a celebration of participation.This project will run under the auspices of iEARN Australia through the iEARN International online community in partnership with the Future Teachers project, Orillas-iEARN, and the Center for Language Minority Education and Research's online projects for future teachers.
