Title: Energy for You and Me

Summary: A project on alternative energy sources, problems related to energy and ecology, the future of energy – esp. how to provide enough clean energy for all of us.

Description: A project about alternative energy sources, in which students describe their envisions of the future of the energy - especially how to provide/generate enough energy for all the people in the world. It is a cross-curricular project, combining English as a foreign language (language of the project) and natural sciences, including electrical engineering, power and energy, physics,...
The aim of the project is for students to think about the future and alternative energy sources, to get to know them, and of course to exchange their ideas and knowledge with their peers around the world.
It can be part of EFL curriculum as well as part of subjects dealing with natural sciences and engineering. For example, during physics classes students could build a solar oven, visit a solar power plant or a windmill, etc. It can be part of EFL curriculum as well as part of subjects dealing with natural sciences and engineering.
